I’ve had the pleasure of hanging out with Noey and Jeramie a few times in Oregon. On this day I had the pleasure of photographing their intimate wedding near Lone Pine and the Alabama Hills, at the base of Mt. Whitney.

If you love the desert, a kickass Alabama Hills elopement just outside of Lone Pine will be right up your alley.

I’m so insanely happy that Noey & Jeramie found me. I’ve made new, bitchin’ friends, and got to capture one of the best days of their lives. Plus, now I’m pretty tight with their Golden Retrievers, Shadow and Zeppelin (no one can resist them). Everyone camped out in the days leading up to the wedding – even me! We went hiking up to Lone Pine Lake the day before and scouted for portrait areas while we were at it. The Lone Pine and Alabama Hills area is perfect for a desert style elopement, and Mt. Whitney/The Sierras is one of the most striking backdrops you could have.

Noey included some of her friends (@alliethehairslayer & @styledbymelinda) who happen to be hairstylists (like herself) and floral professionals. Her bouquet was absolutely stunning and her makeup/hair were on point. From the dress to the food, everything was so intentional and so very #campmyers <3.
