“I was thinking of maybe doing fire jumping in my dress for our Redwoods and Oregon Coast elopement. You know, since it’s the solstice and all.” That may not be verbatim how Ali worded it to me, but that’s what I imagine in my mind when thinking back to us talking about their outdoorsy, earthy, boho, and meaningful elopement among the Redwoods and Oregon Coast.
What a kickass day. Ali and Eli felt like their wedding was so serene, surrounded by all the giant Redwood trees that were standing as sentinel witnesses to their ceremony. Afterward, we headed to SeaQuake Brewery in Crescent City to indulge in some food and a game of cornhole. After that? We headed north to the Oregon Coast where Ali and Eli built a fire and did a little solstice fire jumping right as the sun was disappearing.
This day wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for some amazing vendors (info below), and two people who decided to do what spoke to them on their wedding day.
